WHAT IS DIRECT PRIMARY CARE
Quality Care at an Affordable Price
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a value based primary care that puts you, the patient, first. This means you get better access to primary care and a more personal relationship with your primary care provider. It brings back medicine back to the way it used to be, focused on you and your healthcare needs.
There is no catch!
DPC takes insurance companies and 3rd party administrators out of the equation. This means no more insurance dictating how the visit should be. Our goal is to give you the most personalized, comprehensive and reliable care while saving money.
We are not an insurance company nor do we provide insurance coverage. Care4Me Clinics is your primary care. We recommend that you have insurance coverage for major events, such as surgeries, hospitalizations, and specialist visits. Leave your routine healthcare and minor urgent care needs to us.
At Care4Me Clinics, you will have access to your provider via unlimited office visits, text messages, emails, and video chats to ensure you receive excellent care whenever you need it.

KAJAL MALKAN MPAS PA-C
Physician Assistant Certified, Lead Medical Provider
After working several years in urgent care and always having to meet the required quote to see patients, I felt exhausted and burned out. I wanted a chance to see patients and develop a relationship with them on my own terms.
I started this Direct Primary Care Clinic to do just that. I want to give transparent care and develop the bond with patients. I want to be clear with my pricing so that they know that there are no hidden costs.
I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Health Sciences in 2006. I went on to graduate with a Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2009. I have over 10 years of experience in a variety of settings (family medicine, neurology, emergency medicine). I want to use my experience and my love of medicine to make this clinic grow.
Learn. Share. Inspire.
In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and 2 children. I love to cook, read, and learn Indian classical dance.
DR. JOHN KRUEGER MD
Dr Krueger graduated from the University of Madison Medical School after getting a bachelor of science degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University with an interest in Biomedical Engineering. He completed his residency training in Family Medicine at St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee. Since then he has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, staff model HMO, group practice with Aurora Healthcare, community health center, and employer based clinic at Quad Med. He has been able to practice the entire spectrum of family practice including Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Geriatric medicine, and hospital practice. He enjoys family medicine because it is satisfying to be able to treat the entire family and get see people over their entire lifetime. Although family medicine can be challenging due to the breadth of knowledge in multiple areas of medicine, it has been very rewarding to develop long term relationships with patients, being able to take care of the vast majority of the patient’s concerns and conditions and help patients coordinate their care with other specialists as they try to navigate the health care system.
