After working several years in urgent care and always having to meet the required quote to see patients, I felt exhausted and burned out. I wanted a chance to see patients and develop a relationship with them on my own terms.

I started this Direct Primary Care Clinic to do just that. I want to give transparent care and develop the bond with patients. I want to be clear with my pricing so that they know that there are no hidden costs.

I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Health Sciences. I went on to graduate with a Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies. I have over 15 years of experience in a variety of settings (family medicine, neurology, emergency medicine). I want to use my experience and my love of medicine to make this clinic grow.

I graduated from the University of Madison Medical School in 1979 after getting a bachelor of science degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University. I decided to go into medicine and chose family medicine because I felt it would be most satisfying to be able to treat the entire family and get see people over their entire lifetime and see the entire family.

Since then I have worked in a variety of setting including private practice, staff model HMO, group practice with
Aurora Healthcare, community health center, and employer based clinic at Quad Med. I have been able to practice the entire spectrum of family practice including Obstetrics, Pediatrics,
Geriatric medicine, and hospital practice.

Chirag brings over 15 years of experience.

He successfully led initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance patient care, and implement comprehensive cybersecurity protocols.

Passionate about technology and healthcare, he holds multiple certifications in cybersecurity, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He is committed to staying ahead of emerging threats and continuously improving the clinic’s security measures.
