One flat membership of $100 a month covers your everyday primary care: unhurried visits, in-office testing and procedures, and a provider you can reach directly by phone, text, or email. It pairs well with a high-deductible plan, and since January 1, 2026 it can be paid with HSA funds.
Children ages 2 to 18 join for $50 a month.

We welcome Medicare patients.
We contract directly with you and don’t bill Medicare for our services, so your visits are simple and unhurried. Keep your Medicare coverage for specialty care, diagnostic testing, and hospitalization.
